How soft is it?

It's firm yet flexible, providing both comfort and stability. The feel is somewhat like a thick yoga mat, rather than a spongey softness.
Will the suction cups work on my tub or shower floor?

Suction works only on smooth, non-porous surfaces like acrylic, fiberglass, porcelain, or smooth marble. Glossy large tiles may work. Textured, matte (non-shiny), satin finish, or small-tile surfaces will not.
How can I check if my surface is compatible?

Look for a smooth, shiny surface with little to no grout lines. If it feels rough or textured, looks matte (non-shiny), or has many grout lines, suction will not hold.
How do I keep it clean?

Simply remove the mat after each use, rinse both sides, and hang to dry—over a towel rack or the edge of the tub, suction side up. This ensures it will stay buildup-free. It’s machine washable, but not necessary if you rinse and hang after each use!
